BannerSmartz is a feature rich software which enables you to create very artistic banners without having any formal knowledge of graphic designing. With this tool, you have the option to create a new banner from the templates available or you can test your creativity by creating a totally new banner from scratch. Add pictures, content, shapes, give transitions and create a completely customized banner suiting your business marketing requirements.

| Tools & Features |

| BannerSmartz User Interface gives you the facility to customize and carry out the necessary changes on your banner. To help you in create a banner for yourself. BannerSmartz provides you a host of features to give shape your creativity. To assist you BannerSmartz consists of the following components: |
 Menu Bar: |
|
The Menu Bar contains different menus options. These are File, Edit, View, Banner and the Help features
- File Menu: You can open a new banner file from here, open an existing banner file here, save a new banner file here, publish a banner here and exit from the application from here.
- Edit Menu: You can Copy the features, paste the features and delete objects from the banner.
- View Menu: You can view or hide the grid lines here . Also you can move backward or bring forward the different objects in the banner.
- Banner Menu: You can add Text, Image, shape and Preview your banner from here.
- View Menu: You can publish your banner in swf or HTML file

| Top Right Navigation: |
|
| Here you can Preview your Banner, Publish your banner in either SWF or HTML file format, can get access to the Help file of BannerSmartz and can zoom in your banner so that you can view your banner and get better detailing of the banner. |

| Tool Bar: |
| These are the short Cuts to following processes. Opening a new banner file, open an existing banner file, saving a new banner file and deleting objects in the banner. |

| Tools Box: |
|
| The Tools box contains tools for creating and adding the different features to your banner. You can click on a tool and select the various features that a particular tool offers. You can minimize the tool box by clicking the arrow on the top right corner. Click the second time to maximize the panel. |

| Bottom Tool panel: |
|
| The bottom tool panel has the different features corresponding to the tool that you select from the tool box. You can minimize the tool box by clicking the arrow on the top right corner. Click the second time to maximize the panel. |

| Work Area: |
|
| Workarea is the grid area where you create your Banner. Here you can drag and edit your banner with the different features and tools available with BannerSmartz. |

| Create Banners from Scratch |
|
| As you begin the BannerSmartz operation, a start up window appears. To design a new banner, select a Standard banner type. You can give the height and width of the banner. Also check the box if you need to give a border to the banner. Further, specify the border size and also add color to the border from the color palette. |

| Further, you can add color and gradient effects to the banner background. Also, the banner can be completely filled with an image as well. For uploading the image browse through the folders and select the image of your choice. |
|
| You can select a Preloader and add this to the banner which will appear everytime your banner loads. |
|
| Further you check the box incase you need the banner to loop continuously, select the Replay button to add the replay button to the banner, specify the Frame rate and most importantly add the destination link to the banner. After this selection click Ok. |

| The banner with the requisite features will appear on the work area. |
|
| The banner template you have selected will get displayed on the stage. Now you can use the Text Tool, Image Tool, Shape Tool and other features and customize the banner. |

| Next select the File >Save option in the Menu bar. A browse window appears where you select a folder and give a file name and save your banner. Alternatively, you can save the banner at the save icon in the top navigation. |

| To preview your Banner click the Preview button on the top right navigation. The banner will be previewed in the same window. By clicking the (X) in the right side of this window you go back to the work space. Alternatively, you can preview the banner by clicking Banner >Preview in the top navigation. |

| To Publish the Banner click the Publish button on the top right navigation. You have two options for publishing the banner- in a swf file or a HTML file. Alternatively, you can publish the banner by clicking File >Publish in the top navigation. |

| Create Banners from Templates |

| On the BannerSmartz startup window, you have a button ‘Select Template’. By clicking this you can select a template based on the industry categories available here and select a banner. Click Ok after you have selected a banner. |

| The banner template you have selected will get displayed on the stage. Now you can use the Text Tool, Image Tool, Shape Tool and other features and customize the banner. |

| Next select the File >Save option in the Menu bar. A browse window appears where you select a folder and give a file name and save your banner. Alternatively, you can save the banner at the save icon in the top navigation. |
